Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Once Allpost launches, every plan will start with a 14-day free trial, and you won't be charged until it ends. You'll be able to cancel at any time during the trial.
- Who counts towards the number of people?
- Anyone in your Slack workspace who shares, likes, comments on or reposts a request in a given month. People who only read the channel don’t count.
- Is the price per workspace or per user?
- Per Slack workspace. The price is flat within each plan’s limit, so adding colleagues doesn’t change your bill until you outgrow the plan.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can move up or down from your Profile at any time; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Do I need a paid Slack plan?
- No. Allpost works on free and paid Slack plans.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data stays available until the end of your billing period. After that you can ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@allpostapp.com.
